Hi! My name is Alessio Angrisano and I am from the province of Naples, the land of sea...The land of the famous pizza... of mozzarella and coffee!
In september 2009 I took the hard decision to move to the north of Italy to start a new life, leaving the sea behind me... and getting closer to the mountains! Here in Vidigulfo, a village in between Pavia and Milan, is where I spend most of my days or at least my working days.. I pack pre-cooked dishes for brands like Barilla, Valsoia, Buitoni, Carrefour... We feed half the region(Lombardy)! Even though if I am honest I don't know how do people do to eat all those things full of fat and conservatives. They make you fat!
My dreamjob...hard question. I've always had a lot of dreams and with the years I think that my dreamjob became that of becoming a professional dancer. Dance is my only big passion: I studied for 9 years modern dance, contemporary and hip-hop and, even though in these past years I am quite busy with work and I don't have much free time to dance, I try to keep this passion alive. I love dancing since when I was little, but I started to study late, despite that, dance is my life, energy, freedom,happiness! Every time I listen to music I feel the adrenaline pulse in my veins and that's a sensation I don't know how to describe with words because it's really subjective, I just hope I can express how I feel when I dance. The other thing I'd love to do is being a photographer... It's not long I found out about this passion, but I love to photographing the beautiful things that nature gives us, I like to take pics of particular moments... But I'd love to take pictures of models on the runway or on the red carpet.. or at a fashion show like Dolce and Gabbana or Fendi. A dream!
Starbucks or an Italian Espresso?
I must say the truth: I have never had starbucks.. I know I should be embarrassed, but since milanese coffee is not one of the best and starbucks is really famous I'd go for starbucks based on trust!
What is your favorite dish?
Since I am a “napoletano doc” I am always loyal to my land, typical dishes included. My fav dish is “Paccheri con frutti di mare” a wonder for the mouth. The “paccheri” also called “schiaffoni” are a kind of pasta from Campania that because of their consistence and ring shape are perfect with fish, coriander, tomatoes and chili. It's an amazing typical Napolitano plate! But that's just a big detail because I eat everything and prefer everything!
What is your favorite cocktail?
My favorite cocktais is the Negroni Sbagliato(“wrong” negroni)! It's one of the cocktails I prefer. Before, even thought I'm not a great drinker, I used to order Vodka-Lemon or Blue Angel.. then since my friends made me try Negroni Sbagliato I must say it became my favourite cocktail..It has a very bitter flavour, it's strong and so good!
Would you rather fight 1 horse-sized duck or 100 duck-sized horses?
I would not fight any because I love them both.
So would you rather get killed?
No, but I would try to make peace. To prevail.
